Marbling

This job is executed on the walls of a hall staircase and landing of a private home. The floor is real marble and the walls and columns are imitation. The walls are divided into blocks on which are two details. The marbling has occasional stains of yellow oxide amongst its veining. I used oil colour for this false marble, applying two coats of varnish to the whole job.
