Marbling

Hotel Meliá Castilla, Madrid, reception area. I painted big panels of Italian travertine along the wall; each of the panels is divided into three smaller ones which have a narrow border of Acceglio marbling. The whole job is done on a white eggshell base for the walls as well as the counter made of wood. The marbling is done with oil colour and is varnished.
